// To Jane & Michael Rivera

Thank you for inviting us to prepare a proposal for the remodel of your home on Maple Avenue. We are honored by your trust and excited to help bring your vision to life with the craftsmanship and attention your family deserves.

This proposal covers a full kitchen renovation and a primary-bath refresh, including demolition, cabinetry, quartz countertops, custom tile, new fixtures, and all associated plumbing and electrical work. Every line item has been scoped to the drawings we reviewed together on March 28.

“Honest craftsmanship for the families we're lucky to call neighbors.”

We build our business on transparency, quality, and communication. You'll receive weekly progress updates, full receipts for every materials run, and a dedicated project lead who is one phone call away from start to final walkthrough.

We'd be delighted to answer any questions and meet on site to walk through the details. When you're ready, sign the final page of this proposal and we can break ground within two weeks of mutual acceptance.

// OUR MISSION
At Acme Construction we believe a home is the most important investment a family makes. For over a decade we've delivered exceptional craftsmanship across the Bay Area, earning our reputation one honest handshake at a time.
02

Core Principles

01

Integrity

We quote what we mean and do what we say, start to finish. No surprises, no fine print — just a handshake you can trust.

02

Craftsmanship

Every cut, seam, and finish reflects years of hands-on trade experience. We build it right the first time.

03

Transparency

Fully itemized estimates, weekly photo updates, and receipts for every materials run. You'll always know where the project stands.

04

On-Time Delivery

We set realistic timelines and protect them aggressively. Delays cost you more than money — they cost you trust.

05

Safety First

Rigorous OSHA-aligned jobsite protocols protect our crews, your property, and your family throughout construction.

06

Local Expertise

Decades working in Bay Area homes. We know the codes, permitting quirks, and seasonal challenges of every neighborhood.

07

Client Partnership

Your vision drives every decision. We collaborate through design reviews, material selections, and final walkthroughs.

08

Lifetime Support

Our work is warrantied for a full year, but our relationship lasts far longer. Most of our projects come from past-client referrals.
